DESCRIPTION:Malta Triathlon Challenge 2026 \nIt’s time to warm up for the triathlon season!\nWinter training can be tough\, so what better motivation than a fun challenge to keep you moving? \nThe Malta Triathlon Challenge is a virtual long-distance triathlon event\, taking place throughout the month of February 2026. \nHow It Works \nThe rules are simple: \n\nChoose your challenge distance (Full or Half).\nComplete the selected distance within 7 days.\nYou may complete the distance in one session or split it into multiple workouts.\nParticipants may also form relay teams and complete the challenge together.\n\nTo make the event accessible to everyone\, athletes may take part in: \n\nThe FULL Challenge\nThe HALF Challenge\nOne single discipline only (Swim\, Bike\, or Run)\n\nChallenge Distances \nFull Distance (or Individual Disciplines) \n\nSwim: 3.8 km\nBike: 180 km\nRun: 42.2 km\n\nHalf Distance \n\nSwim: 1.8 km\nBike: 90 km\nRun: 21.1 km\n\nAwards \n\nAthletes who complete the Challenge will receive an official Finisher Medal.\nThose completing only one discipline will receive a medal featuring that discipline.\nAthletes who complete the Full Distance Challenge in one day will receive a special Malta Triathlon Challenge T-shirt.\n\nRules & Submission Guidelines \n\nThe disciplines are swimming\, cycling\, and running. DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Triathlon Series is a program of 4 races organized by Agones Sfc and endorsed by the Malta Triathlon Federation. \nThe series\, consisting of 4 events\, incorporates the Standard Distance National Triathlon Championship\, the Sprint Distance National Championship\, Middle Distance National Championships and SuperSprint National Championships \nEvery race will include a main event and a second distance or even a third distance. Podium winners of every distance in every race will receive trophies. Trophies will also be awarded to age groupers if the event is a championship race. \n1 st event of the year is the Sprint Distance National Championship supported by ECCO on the 31st March 2026. \nThe event is DRAFT LEGAL and will also include a standard distance. \nTOTY points will only be allocated to the SPRINT DISTANCE being the MAIN EVENT. \nEvents will be held subject to all permits being issued by the relevant authorities. \nAll participants need to be Malta Triathlon Federation registered members. \nMore information will be posted on the events page and sent to all Malta Triathlon Federation Members via email. \nA briefing will be sent to all registered athletes closer to date. \n\n\n\n\n

SUMMARY:Eurosport Adidas ‘Terrex’ Trail Running League 2026 – Race 2 – Night Race
DESCRIPTION:  \nRace 2 of the Eurosport Adidas ‘Terrex’ Trail Running League is the only trail race on the island that takes place at night! \nThe darkness gives a different experience to trail running in general. Every year for the last few years\, we had a record-breaking crowd attending this race and this year we expect even bigger numbers as the public is discovering year by year the fun and excitement in trail running. \nThe race will be held on Friday around Has Saptan Valley. The race\, which is approx 6km long\, is supported by EUROSPORT and powered by Adidas Terrex. \nHas Saptan Valley is one of the last rural areas on the south of the island. The short distance makes this event particularly attractive for rookie runners\, as well as more experienced trail runners who want to challenge each other on home soil! \n  \nAPPLY NOW
