DESCRIPTION:Malta Triathlon Challenge 2026 \nIt’s time to warm up for the triathlon season!\nWinter training can be tough\, so what better motivation than a fun challenge to keep you moving? \nThe Malta Triathlon Challenge is a virtual long-distance triathlon event\, taking place throughout the month of February 2026. \nHow It Works \nThe rules are simple: \n\nChoose your challenge distance (Full or Half).\nComplete the selected distance within 7 days.\nYou may complete the distance in one session or split it into multiple workouts.\nParticipants may also form relay teams and complete the challenge together.\n\nTo make the event accessible to everyone\, athletes may take part in: \n\nThe FULL Challenge\nThe HALF Challenge\nOne single discipline only (Swim\, Bike\, or Run)\n\nChallenge Distances \nFull Distance (or Individual Disciplines) \n\nSwim: 3.8 km\nBike: 180 km\nRun: 42.2 km\n\nHalf Distance \n\nSwim: 1.8 km\nBike: 90 km\nRun: 21.1 km\n\nAwards \n\nAthletes who complete the Challenge will receive an official Finisher Medal.\nThose completing only one discipline will receive a medal featuring that discipline.\nAthletes who complete the Full Distance Challenge in one day will receive a special Malta Triathlon Challenge T-shirt.\n\nRules & Submission Guidelines \n\nThe disciplines are swimming\, cycling\, and running. DESCRIPTION:It’s christmas time and considering there are no race we thought of organising a fun virtual challenge. \nThe rules are pretty simple. \n\n\n1. Go to here to apply.\n2. Run/walk a 5km or a 10km wearing something christmassy between the 24th of December 2020 and the 1st of January 2021. Take a photo of yourself and save your run on your Garmin or Strava Devices.\n3. DESCRIPTION:  \nhe ‘Rock & Run’ is aimed at making running fun by infusing the 5k course with live bands\, cheer teams and more. The focus is on delivering a unique experience to those taking part in this event. The ‘Rock & Run’ is an event\, were music and the community are the heart of the event. We want participants to feel like they are part of something bigger than themselves. We promise to bring a unique mixture of music\, great runner experience and community engagement every step of the way. \nThe event combines running\, music\, gastronomic and cultural entertainment in a great atmosphere for participants\, spectators\, locals and foreigners alike. In collaboration with local businesses the race will include Live bands\, Dj’s\, themed water stations at every km marker\, turnaround point and village/town attraction. The event will include a main stage that will set the vibe prior to the start\, greet the athletes at the finish and conclude the event with a headliner concert free for all the runners and public. \nWhether the participants will choose to run or simply walk the distance\, they will be rewarded with an exclusive custom-made finishers medal. This year’s edition of the rock n run will follow the same philosophy of the successful Carnival Run and will be organized in the form of a fun run\, therefore the race will not be timed and no trophies will be handed out at the end of the event! \nWe will have special trophies for the various costume categories! \nFrom this year we will also organize 500m and 1km Kids races! \nTo apply simply click here or the button below. \nWe have a limit of 300 participants! \nLet’s Rock & Run! \n  \n  \n  \n  \n\n
