SUMMARY:Agones Aquathlon
DESCRIPTION:General Information \n\nAgones Sfc will be organizing an Aquathlon.\n\nThe event\, which is endorsed by the Malta Triathlon Federation and valid for the triathlete of the year award 2024 as from this year will adopt the World Triathlon Aquathlon Format and therefore will consist of a 1km Swim followed by 5km Run\, with a time limit of 90 minutes.\n\nRace will be held on the 26th July 2025\nThe race venue will be PRETTY BAY\, Birzebbuga.\nRace Starts at 7.00am\n\nRace briefing will be held at 6.50am. Females and Males will have a separate start.\nARRTS will be timing the event. ARRTS timing chips shall be used. All those who do not have an ARRTS timing chip need to hire one on the day from race venue for €5.\n\nRun will take place on the promenade & pavements and therefore traffic free. Roads will not be closed to traffic.\nAll finishers will receive a medal.\nApplications are done online at www.agones-sfc.eu/events\n\nIn case of bad weather\, the race director will take the necessary decisions 30 minutes prior to the event.\nJunior Races will be included and held according to the Aquathlon Distances set by the Malta Triathlon Federation.\nIn case of cancellation\, the event will be postponed to a later date and no refund will be given.\nPlease keep yourself updated via the event page\, Agones Sfc Facebook.\n\n  \n
